What we keep, and why
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Who we are
Xeravon makes Jarvis and Xe Sender. For anything about your data, email xeravonhq@gmail.com.
Our apps keep your data on your PC
Jarvis and Xe Sender store their data on your own computer. This page is only about the website account, which is separate from the apps.
What the website account stores
- Your email, to sign you in with a one-time code. We never ask for a password.
- Your name, so we know what to call you.
- Your phone number, only if you add it.
- Which waitlists you join, and the date you agreed to this policy.
What we use it for
- To sign you in and show you your account.
- To email you about the apps you chose, for example the download link when Jarvis is ready.
- To reply when you contact us.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the account data and runs the sign-in.
- An email provider sends the sign-in codes and our emails to you.
- Fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.
- If a "verify you're human" check appears on the sign-in form, it is Cloudflare Turnstile.
Your browser keeps a sign-in token so you stay signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. Leaving a waitlist removes that entry straight away.
Your choices
- See and change your details on the account page.
- Leave any waitlist there at any time.
- Delete your account there. This removes your profile and waitlist entries immediately.
- Or email us and we'll do it for you.
These rights follow the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
